Terms:

The 1.5% rebate assumes that Dream Street CSRA LLC will receive a 3% commission from the new home builder at closing. 

If the commission offered to Dream Street CSRA LLC is less than 3% of the purchase price then the rebate will be up to 1/2 of the commission received by Dream Street CSRA LLC at closing.

The actual amount of rebate received will be subject to builder (seller) and or lender requirements which may limit the amount of rebate that can be used.

A Dream Street CSRA Agent must accompany you on your first visit to the subdivision you wish to buy a new home.
